Shipping Policy
It is your responsibility to ensure the address details you provide are correct. If you change address before your items are shipped, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure that mail is not misplaced.

We are generous with our time frames but we cannot predict any delays that may occur with postage once your item is received by Australia post. 

Items from a combination of presale items, ready-made items and/or custom items will be delivered together and subject to the longer of the items' shipping time frames. If you prefer that we send your items with a shorter shipping time frame as soon as they are ready, additional postage fees will be charged for splitting the delivery. It is recommended that you place each type of order separately to include shipping to minimise any delays. 

We will also refund overpaid postage fees where more than one order can be combined.

Presale Items
Presale items will be shipped within 8 weeks of the presale closing. Should there be a delay in receiving the fabric ordered for presale items, you will be notified.

Ready-made items
Ready-made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Custom Items

Custom items will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.
